Couriers

We work with a shipping aggregator to provide you with the best possible shipping rates across all of the following couriers:

   

Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, which can be either a home/residential address or a pickup locker.

Surcharge and Fallback Rates

Please note that regional areas outside of major centers (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, etc.) are charged at a slightly higher rate. A R60 surcharge applies to high-risk and remote areas.

Additionally, our courier aggregator requires geocoding to accurately calculate rates. As a result, if the address is entered incorrectly, rates will be set using a fallback rate. The default fallback rate is R100.

Delivery Times

Customer service is very important to us; we therefore want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched daily (except Saturday & Sundays – these orders will be packed and sent on Monday). Your order should be received within 2-4 business days. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email. 

Please note that we are unable to take any responsibility for the loss or damage of your delivery and goods once it has left our premises and been delivered to your address.

What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

We do our best to make sure our website reflects the products that are in stock, but since stock levels are constantly changing and there may be unforeseen delays from suppliers, sometimes the product you order may not be available. If this is the case we will contact you with a notification of a delay or a refund on that particular product. We apologise if this happens and appreciate your understanding.
